Through internal logistics, I ensure production runs smoothly, knowing my work directly supports efficiency and continuity.
Finance
Finance tracks, plans, and manages all company financial flows. They ensure business stability, support growth, and enable decision-making based on data.
In addition to a professional approach and expert knowledge, the Finance team is built on deep mutual trust, which enables us to act together as a strategic pillar of stability and a key driver of innovation within the business.
HR
HR takes care of people, from recruitment and development to engagement and organizational culture. Their goal is for the company to have a motivated, skilled, and stable team.
HR is not just a function, but a partner to people: we listen, understand, and support their growth, security, and sense of belonging, helping everyone find their true role within the team.
Inventory Planning
Planning connects sales, production, and procurement through precise plans. Their task is to ensure optimal quantities, stable deliveries, and efficient use of resources.
The mission of the planning team is to ensure that the product is always available, at the right location, in the required quantity and freshness, so that we can meet customer needs with minimal costs.
Maintenance
Maintenance ensures that equipment and production lines operate reliably and without interruption. Their work directly affects safety, productivity, and continuity of production.
Through maintenance and improvement, our team ensures that everything functions properly and constantly looks for ways to make production even better and more reliable.
HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)
HSE ensures employee safety, environmental protection, and asset security through risk management and ISO 45001/14001 compliance.
We are a team that combines expertise, preventive measures, and modern solutions to enhance safety, reduce risks, and create a secure and sustainable work environment.
Procurement
Procurement secures all necessary resources - from raw materials to services - ensuring quality, reliability, and optimal costs.
Procurement is, for me, a combination of organization, communication, and responsibility. Every successfully completed process means that we have ensured quality, savings, and security for the company’s further work.
Legal Affairs
The legal team ensures that the company operates in compliance with laws, regulations, and contracts. They protect the company’s interests and support safe and responsible business operations.
