Important Notice for Candidates

PREDUZEĆE ZA SPOLJNU I UNUTRAŠNJU TRGOVINU I USLUGE NELT CO. DOO, DOBANOVCI warns candidates and anyone interested in working for Nelt about cases involving unauthorised individuals who falsely claim to represent Nelt and offer employment with the company.

We have identified cases involving candidates in India who received fraudulent job offers for positions in Serbia, along with purported employment contracts and other documents that were not issued or approved by the company.

How Can You Verify That a Job Offer Is Genuine?

All current job openings at Nelt are published on our Global Careers Portal.

If you receive a job offer, employment contract or any other communication that you suspect may not be genuine, we strongly recommend verifying its authenticity before responding to the sender or providing any personal information or documents.

How Can You Recognise Recruitment Fraud?

Recruitment fraud involves individuals falsely claiming to represent a company and offering non-existent or unauthorised job opportunities.

Please be particularly cautious if:

• you receive an offer or documents from someone whose identity or connection with our company you cannot verify;
• you receive an employment contract without having previously participated in Nelt’s official recruitment process;
• the communication or documents contain Nelt’s name, logo or other company information, but you are unable to verify their authenticity;
• the sender requests unusual personal or financial information;
• the sender pressures you to respond urgently or provide information without giving you an opportunity to verify the authenticity of the communication.

What Should You Do If You Receive a Suspicious Job Offer?

If you receive a suspicious job offer or any other suspicious communication, do not respond to the sender, provide any personal or financial information, or make any payments.

Keep the original message and all accompanying documents and forward them to posao@nelt.com so that we can verify their authenticity.

Nelt takes such incidents very seriously and takes appropriate measures to protect candidates and prevent the misuse of the company’s name.

We encourage all candidates to remain vigilant and verify any suspicious job offer before taking further action.
