Frequently asked questions
When can I expect feedback about the selection process?
The entire selection process usually lasts between 2 and 4 weeks. You can expect feedback after each phase via email (if the outcome is negative) or by phone (if the outcome is positive). Final feedback is provided within 15–20 days at the latest.
What can I expect in the second interview round?
The second interview is a conversation with the manager. This phase is also known as the technical interview, as it focuses on assessing the candidate’s functional knowledge and competencies. Here, candidates also receive more detailed information about job organization and the specifics of the role.
Do I have opportunities for career advancement within the company?
Of course! Advancement depends entirely on you. We foster a culture of internal mobility, and your progress depends on your performance and the competencies required for the desired higher-level position.
Will I receive proper training for this position?
The onboarding period includes transferring the necessary information, knowledge, and skills to successfully perform your job tasks. Your mentor, direct supervisor, and colleagues play a key role in supporting you during this process. For most positions, onboarding lasts between 1 and 3 months.
Is there a probation period, and is it paid?
Each position includes a defined probation period, usually lasting between 1 and 3 months. Regardless of the role, the probation period is always paid.
Am I insured, and are all legal employment aspects respected?
Of course! Employees are insured for their full salary amount. Every employee signs an employment contract, and the company complies with all legal obligations, including paid leave and public or religious holidays.
Is there a dress code for the interview?
Yes. It’s important that the first impression reflects professionalism—both for the candidate and the recruiter. Candidates should avoid wearing slippers, sandals, shorts, short dresses, strap tops, caps, or similar. If the dress code is not respected, access to the company premises may be denied.
Do I need to bring any documents for the first interview?
No additional documents are required for the first interview apart from the résumé already submitted as part of your application. When entering the company, you’ll need to present an ID card or passport at the reception for identification.
Is transportation to the company organized?
Transportation is self-organized. However, the company is conveniently located near a bus stop with good public transport connections.
What if there are no open positions for me right now?
In that case, you can apply through our always-open position “Apply” and join our candidate database. Your résumé will reach us, and we’ll contact you when a position matching your profile becomes available.
Are interviews conducted online or in person?
If you are based in Podgorica, we prefer in-person interviews. However, if you’re not located in Podgorica, the first interview can also be conducted via a Teams video call.
