  • Lead Organizational Development: Guide organizational change processes, using efficiency analysis, market trends, and our core strategy to build a high-performing structure.
  • Use Data to Drive Decisions: Analyze scorecards and HR metrics to propose data-driven actions for improving productivity, talent development, recruitment, engagement, and C&B.
  • Empower Our Leaders: Coach managers on setting clear performance standards and facilitate performance calibration sessions to ensure fairness and transparency.
  • Build Our Talent Pipeline: Facilitate the end-to-end employee review process, coach leaders on creating robust succession plans, and ensure our top talent is placed in high-impact development programs.
  • Foster Employee Growth: Provide expert advice on individual development plans (IDPs) and career mapping, supporting employees and managers in realizing their potential.
  • Shape Rewards Strategy: Actively participate in the design or redesign of variable pay models, advising on relevant KPIs and leading the communication and change management process.
  • Partner for Top Talent: Ensure recruitment (HC, profiles) and employer branding strategies are in place and aligned with our CoEs, with regular follow-up to meet business needs.
  • Be the Voice of Our People: Take an active role in engagement surveys and pulse checks, facilitating focus groups and ensuring practical engagement plans are created and implemented.
  • Map Future Capabilities: Identify current and future organizational capability needs, initiating targeted development interventions in cooperation with our CoEs.
  • Manage Employee Relations: Serve as the trusted first point of contact for leaders and employees on all people matters, confidently navigating and resolving complex situations.

Your experience & strengths:

  • Proven experience as an HRBP, HR Manager, or HR Generalist, ideally in a fast-paced environment or similar industry.
