Since I joined Nelt, my personal and professional growth has accelerated like never before. What impresses me the most is the company’s open and collaborative culture. From my teammates to colleagues in other departments and even top leadership, everyone is willing to listen, support, and implement improvements. At Nelt, ideas are valued no matter where they come from; everyone has a voice and is encouraged to contribute.

In the distant year of 2011, I joined Nelt Angola after concluding my work with an ambitious and philanthropic project — UNICEF. Driven by a spirit of growth, both professionally and personally, I decided to embrace the then-embryonic project Nelt Angola, Limited. Over the years, I have witnessed a company dedicated and committed to its corporate values and to the development of its employees. Moreover, I have experienced how Nelt has continuously adapted to the cyclical and unpredictable changes that Angola and the African continent present within the economic context. Nelt has been a true school for many Angolans, a cradle of knowledge and shared experiences that foster collective growth.

Working at Nelt Mozambique over the past five years has been a truly enriching experience. The company provides a dynamic work environment with a culture built on professionalism, respect, and collaboration. There is always room for growth, learning, and the sharing of ideas.
Leadership is approachable and encourages employee development, making everyone feel valued and part of a united team. I am very proud to be part of this organization and to contribute to its continued success in Mozambique.

Fourteen years ago, I started at the foundation of the sales organization, learning and growing every step of the way. Working across two continents - Europe and Africa - has shaped both my skills and my leadership perspective.

Today, I lead the development of our sales team’s capabilities in Mozambique, working with over 50 brands and partners, and connecting across multiple cultures and languages.

I started my journey with Nelt in 2023, and since then, it has been a path full of learning. Nelt has been continuously improving its services for both customers and us, the employees, as we are constantly learning new things.

I see Nelt as a company that invests in and trusts young people, which is very positive because it allows us to learn from those with more experience and further develop our own skills.

To me, Nelt is a family - the Nelt Mozambique Family.

I joined Nelt Zambia in 2015 as a Merchandiser and grew through several roles to become a Van Sales Supervisor. Working in the field taught me the importance of building strong customer relationships and maintaining trust, even in a competitive market.

Today, I proudly lead a growing team and a diverse product portfolio - a journey filled with learning and fulfillment.

Since joining Nelt Zambia Ltd in 2018 as a Finance Assistant, I’ve grown into the role of Finance Officer and gained valuable experience along the way. The journey has had its challenges, but with the support of great colleagues and a positive work environment, I’ve learned a lot — both professionally and personally.

One of my proudest achievements is completing my degree in Financial Services while working, thanks to the company’s encouragement. Working in a male-dominated environment has also helped me build resilience and confidence. What I appreciate most about Nelt is the strong sense of family and support that makes it a truly special place to grow.
