I have been working in the warehouse for many years, doing the same process, and I feel proud of everything I have achieved. Here, I have found security, respect, and a team that makes every day easier. It’s a pleasure to contribute and be part of Nelt story in Albania!

As I mark my third year with Nelt Group, I reflect on a journey filled with growth, learning, and meaningful connections. These years have offered me the opportunity to develop new skills, collaborate with inspiring colleagues, and express myself through engaging and rewarding work.

NELT wasn’t just my first job – it was the place where I faced the real challenges of professional life. In just one year, I grew quickly, surrounded by hard work, responsibilities, and high expectations. I learned what it means to be steady, disciplined, and direct when needed.

It wasn’t easy, but every day shaped me as a professional and strengthened me as a person. This experience has left its mark on me – and I’ve left my mark on it.

I’ve had the privilege to be part of Nelt before, and coming back now makes me even more motivated. Stepping away showed me how unique this culture is and how much the team’s energy matters.
