I’ve been with Neoplanta for two years, progressing from assistant to specialist and gaining knowledge that I see as the foundation of my career. I was welcomed by a friendly and cheerful atmosphere that often makes the company feel like a second home.

Working in the technical sector carries great responsibility, but what stands out most for me is the positive and pleasant work atmosphere. We’re responsible for the operation and maintenance of energy and production systems — all in an environment much more enjoyable than I could have imagined.

Although I have been in production for a couple of years, I do not consider my environment only business. Here I made friends and built another safe haven. Even though Neoplanta invests a lot in the modernization and automation of production, it is the people who are still its foundation, and that is why it is important that we are coordinated and harmonious. I would say that our factory is more than successful in that.

I’ve been with Neoplanta for over a decade. I’ve worked in sales, finance, and now in human resources, witnessing many changes in business plans and processes. What remains constant is the authentic atmosphere and unique spirit across the company, keeping my work dynamic and full of learning opportunities.
