I find it absolutely fascinating how, in Nelt as such a large company with more than 5,500 employees, there is still so much room for personal and professional growth! In these five years that I’ve been with the company, not a single day has been the same as the one before. I’ve had the opportunity to advance, but also to create completely new processes and, in doing so, leave my own mark within the company.

The support of my colleagues, their energy, drive, inspiring ideas, knowledge, and skills have all made this journey even more meaningful and have strengthened my sense of belonging to the company.

My career at Nelt began back in 2018. Since then, I have gone through several different positions, experiencing each one as a new opportunity for learning and growth. Along the way, I’ve met amazing people, some of whom have become very close friends.

Nelt is a place where we all learn from one another, where trust is built through results, and where successes are celebrated together. Every day is different from the one before, and the team’s support and energy make it easier to overcome challenges and achieve desired results.

Personally, I now enjoy doing a job I love, and I see myself continuing to grow together with the company in the future.

I started my journey at Nelt back in 2011 as a student worker. There have been many ups and downs, moments of learning, hard work, and plenty of laughter with colleagues. The job is very dynamic, full of challenges that we overcome together. I work with people who have different interests, but in the end, we always find common ground when it comes to achieving something as a team.

Nelt gave me the opportunity to build on my professional knowledge, which I later shared with colleagues to help us better understand how to overcome the challenges we face every day. We are always there for each other when times are tough—both at work and personally.

Although I’ve been part of the Nelt Group for only two years, it feels like much longer – thanks to the dynamic environment, diverse projects, and strong culture of collaboration. As a Specialist for Supply Chain Process Improvement, I contribute daily to the development and optimization of operations, leaving a personal mark through concrete initiatives.

Collaboration with different markets where Nelt operates continually inspires me, their openness, willingness to improve together, and exchange of knowledge make every project a new learning experience.
