After gaining various experiences in the private sector, for the past year I have been part of Nelt Group in Kosovo. My role at Nelt has given me the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking company that continuously invests in technology, professional development, and long-term sustainability.

My journey at Nelt L.L.C. began almost four and a half years ago and has been an extraordinary experience – dynamic, challenging, and transformative. Each day has brought new opportunities to learn and grow professionally.

I’ve had the chance to advance from a Finance and Accounting Officer to my current role as an Expert, a shift that has truly shaped the way I think and work.

I’ve been part of Nelt for five months, and from day one, I’ve felt respected, supported, and energized by the team’s positive spirit. During this time, I’ve learned a lot, been challenged, and truly feel like part of something meaningful. I’m very satisfied with my experience so far.

I started working at the company Nelt on May 19, 2019, as a sales agent for the regions of Prizren, Suhareka, Malisheva, Rahovec, and Dragash.

At Nelt, I have 6 years of experience in sales, during which I have built a solid and stable background in this field.

In January of this year, I was promoted to the role of Regional Supervisor for the Dukagjin region, where I manage a team of salespeople and help in achieving sales targets, implementing marketing plans, and optimizing workflow in my region.
