Application
The first step toward employment at Nelt is applying for an open position through our career page, where you can view all currently available vacancies. By clicking on the desired position, the system will guide you to a direct application form where you’ll submit your CV and basic personal information.

HR Interview
Candidates whose CVs qualify them (based on their suitability for the position) will be invited to an interview within two weeks at the latest. During this interview, we want to get to know you better — but also to introduce you to Nelt. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, because it’s not only us choosing you — you’re also choosing us.

Technical Interview
In the second stage of the interview process, you’ll meet your potential manager, who will provide you with more information about the team you would be working with, the company’s ways of working, and the opportunities for learning and professional growth within Nelt.

Online Assessment
If your profile matches the requirements of the position (for mid-level and senior management roles), we will invite you to an online assessment (personality and motivation tests) that help us better understand your traits and your potential for future responsibilities.

When can I expect feedback about the selection process?
Usually between 2 and 4 weeks. The duration depends on the number of candidates and the type of position. After each stage, if the result is negative, you’ll receive an email; if it’s positive, you’ll be contacted by phone. The final result will be shared within 15–20 days.
What can I expect in the second interview?
The second interview is with your direct manager and is considered a technical interview, as it focuses on your functional knowledge and competencies. In this stage, you’ll receive more details about how the work is organized and the specific characteristics of the role.
Do I have opportunities for advancement in the company?
Absolutely! Advancement depends on your performance and the competencies required for a higher-level position. We foster a culture of internal growth and mobility.
Will I be trained for the job requirements?
The onboarding period ensures you receive the necessary information, knowledge, and skills to successfully perform your duties. Your mentor, manager, and colleagues play a key role in this process. For most positions, this period lasts between 1 and 3 months.
Is there a probation period, and is it paid?
Yes, every position includes a six-month probation period, which is always paid.
Am I insured, and are legal aspects of employment respected?
Yes, employees are insured for the full amount of their salary and sign a work contract. All legal rights, including annual leave and official/non-working holidays, are respected.
Is there a dress code for the interview?
Yes. It’s important to leave a professional impression. Candidates should not appear in flip-flops, sandals, shorts, very short dresses, thin-strap tops, or sports caps. If the dress code is not respected, entry into the company will not be allowed.
Is transportation to the company provided?
Transportation is the applicant’s personal responsibility.
What happens if there are no open positions for me?
You can apply through the “Apply here” open position, and your CV will be stored in our database. We’ll contact you if a suitable position opens up.
Are the interviews online or in person?
If you’re from Prishtina or Fushë Kosova, we prefer in-person interviews, though online interviews via Teams or Google Calendar may be arranged for specific cases.
