Application
The first step toward employment at Nelt is to apply for an open position through our career page, where you can see all currently available vacancies. By clicking on the desired position, the system will guide you to a direct application form where you can share your résumé and basic personal information.

Online Testing
If your profile matches the requirements for the position, we will invite you to an online test (personality and motivation assessments) that will help us better understand your personal traits as well as your potential for future responsibilities.

HR Interview
Candidates who make it to the shortlist will be invited to an interview within two weeks at the latest. During the interview, we want to get to know you better — and you will also have the opportunity to ask questions, because it’s not only us choosing you, but you choosing us as well.
