Application
The first step toward employment at Nelt is to apply for an open position through our career page, where you can view all currently available roles. By clicking on the desired position, the system will guide you to a direct application form, where you’ll submit your CV and basic personal information.

HR Interview
Candidates whose CVs qualify them (based on suitability for the position) will be invited to an interview within two weeks at the latest. During this interview, we want to get to know you better — but also to introduce you to Nelt. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, because it’s not only us choosing you — you’re choosing us too.

Technical Interview
In the second stage of the interview process, you’ll meet your potential manager, who will provide more information about the team you would be working with, the company’s ways of working, and the opportunities for learning and professional development within Nelt.

Online Assessment
If your profile matches the position requirements (for mid-level and senior positions), we will invite you to an online assessment (personality and motivation tests) that help us better understand your characteristics and your potential for future responsibilities.

How long does the entire selection process take?
The process usually takes about 4 weeks, depending on the number of candidates and the specifics of the position. Our recruiters carefully review all received applications and strive to ensure that candidates always receive timely feedback. Sometimes the process may take a bit longer; in such cases, we truly appreciate your understanding and patience — thank you for that.
Do I receive feedback if I don’t move forward in the process?
Yes. Every candidate who takes part in the selection process receives feedback, regardless of the outcome. However, that doesn’t necessarily mean the end of your journey with us. We encourage you to keep an eye on new job postings — you might find another opportunity that’s the perfect fit for you and apply again.
Can I apply for multiple positions at the same time?
Of course. If you believe you meet the requirements for multiple positions, feel free to apply - we will review each application separately and assess which role best matches your profile, experience, and aspirations.
Are the interviews conducted online or in person?
Most of the initial interview rounds are conducted online via video call. Final interviews are usually held in person. However, this can vary depending on the position — when you’re contacted by our recruiter, you’ll receive all the relevant information about the selection process.
